Glenview, Illinois

With a population of almost 47,000 and located in Cook County, the Village of Glenview boasts fine amenities and services, excellent schools, 34 parks and playgrounds covering more than 290 acres, numerous options for shopping and dining and proximity to local expressways and commuter trains have made it one of Chicago's premier suburbs -- a vibrant, thriving suburban community.

 

Getting Around

Glenview Gardens is located between the Edens Expressway (I-94) to the east and the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) to the west, just 20 miles north of downtown Chicago. It is just a short walk to access two train lines via the Glenview Train Station: Metra’s Milwaukee North Line, and Amtrak's Hiawatha service. Additionally the Pace Route 423 has a stop just at the end of our street.

Schools

Our area provides an impressive variety of school choices, both public and private, for our families. Four of the Glenview School District 34’s eight schools are National Blue Ribbon Award winners, the highest honor a school can earn.
