The Annual Meeting of the Glenview Gardens Condominium Association will be held on January 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM. The main purpose of this meeting is to elect board members and have the board assign executive positions.

Your participation in the election is important. We must establish a quorum (20% of owners) in order to have an official election. You will have received an email with the ballot and proxy forms. You have two options for placing your vote for board members, please choose one and follow the directions on the corresponding form:

• Vote in Person on 1/24/2023:
  
  To vote in person, complete the “Glenview Gardens Condominium Association 2023 Ballot” form.  Then please drop off at the Nimrod Realty Group, located at 1761 Glenview Rd, Glenview, IL 60025 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the day of the meeting (January 24, 2023). You may drop the ballot in the slot of their front door.
  

• Vote by Proxy anytime before the annual meeting:
  
  Alternatively, You may return the “PROXY FOR Glenview Gardens Condominium Association 2023 ANNUAL MEETING” form any time between now and January 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM. You may email or hand deliver this form to a board member or the Nimrod Realty Group, located at 1761 Glenview Rd, Glenview, IL 60025.
